Scott Bryan

Scott has significant experience in the areas of financial advisory and valuation. After spending three years as a Civil Engineer with PGAL in Houston designing various road and site projects around Texas, he returned to school to get his M.B.A. at the University of Texas at Austin. Subsequent to school, he joined a middle-market financial advisory and valuation firm in Houston providing numerous tax and financial reporting as well as litigation support services to clients in the oil and gas, manufacturing, consumer products, healthcare, telecommunications, financial services and other industries.

Since 2007, he has completed numerous engagements providing valuation advisory services for middle-market businesses, private equity, and high-net worth clients. These engagements include a variety of tax, financial reporting, transactional, litigation, and fairness opinion projects. Scott joined Intrinsic Valuation in April 2011. He is and has also been involved in social causes including mentoring a Burmese refugee family in Denver and tutoring inner-city youth in Houston, TX.
